Technical courses in distance mode are not recognised by UGC and AICTE. Even Supreme Court Of India has recently banned technical education through distance learning. Go through the following link and google UGC site for more. MJMC in distance will only be helpful if you are a working professional in any media firm. IGNOU is the best option for distance education. There are many other institutions offering distance education for MJMC. But most of them require experience in some media firm. So after completing your graduation (in any stream) you need to join a media firm, be it a newspaper, radio or television.

MFA is a good and career oriented course. You can complete this course from IIFM, Bengaluru or from Jai Hind College in Mumbai. These two colleges are the best colleges for the above course.

Dear Madhu,
With 48% in BA, it is really very difficult to get admission in any college of MBA. You need to score at least 55% in your bachelors to get the right college. Since you have scored, 48% in BA, it's actually college's discretion that if they give you the chance or not (chances are high for distance MBA). It would be better if you ask the college administration directly for this eligibility criteria.

Dear Charu,
Let me clarify your query in two parts; (1) To get admission in PGDM, you need to submit your Bachelors mark sheet and university certificates. Since you are currently doing B.Ed so it is not possible to take admission in PGDM course from any university, even if it is distance or regular. (2) Doing dual degree from two different universities is very risky. However, there is no offense (if you have submitted valid documents) but is will create an excessive pressure and tension over you. It is very hard to handle two subjects at same time.
