Dear Mool Raj,
As per your query my suggestion is to pursue MBA in sales and marketing from IGNOU. It is worth and costs reasonable. Else go for Symbiosis/NMIMS.

Yes, there are different colleges which can offer distance education for your Post Graduation (PG) after the completion of your UG course.

You need to give GATE exam and score high to get a seat for the post graduation ie M.Tech. As you are out of touch of routine engineering studies you might need to put in regular hours of studies for the exam. Alternatively I suggest you do MBA with specialization in HR through Part-time MBA course
