Hi Ankush,
If you want to study through distance, there is no point going abroad or doing it from a foreign. If you want to work in India companies will give equal value whether it's from India or abroad. IIPM, IICT, IGNOU, etc. can be checked. See here:

You can do your BHM through distance. It is one of the best course to pursue in. You just need 10+2 for Bachelor's degree and if you want to do DHM you just need to have 10 pass from an recognised university.

You had completed your diploma. So, there are many colleges who give chance to admission to diploma student. So, there is better if you get admission through a regular student.
