You can evaluate BBA offered by Indira Gandhi National Open University. IGNOU is a central university and it's degrees are accepted by both Govt and Private sector. IGNOU offers specialisation in Retail in BBA degree course.

Eligibility criteria for Distance MBA is Graduation, Minimum 50% in Graduation.
some university requires working experience of two years .
there will be no entrance test for Distance MBA,
some of the institutes having there own entrance test .
you have to submit your scanned documents.
