Dear Prabhat,
Fashion Designing is a great filed to get into. You can get admission in following Institutes for distance education:
A. R&R Education Foundation.
B. Winsoft Technologies.
Also, I would suggest it would be good if you pursue a regular course as distance course will not help you learn much about the course.

I don't suggest you to go for correspondence when you want to choose teaching as career since it involves knowledge skill and attitude in teaching. Go for regular one.
