Being honest with you,
To pursue MBA, you need a degree. And if you want to do MBA from a reputed university, I would suggest you to go for CCNA Security certification or CISA,as you have been associated with IT Security for a long period of time.
However, CISA is full of IT System auditing but it will be an added feather on your cap because experience does matter.
I have recommended certification for short go. For long, you can opt for B.Sc or other degree from Sikkim Manipal University or IGNOU.

Part-time MBA programs usually takes two to three years to complete, but may take up to five. Some part-time programs require fewer courses than full-time programs, while others require the same number. There are even a couple of business schools that offer accelerated part-time MBA programs, which allow candidates to earn their degree in a shorter amount of time.

As you wrote here, you have done your BBA from PTU DEP. I think you should do your MBA with distance mode from Indira Gandhi Open University, Sikkim Manipal University or Symbiosis, etc. As per my opinion, you should do it in HR and Marketing. Beside this, seek your job in financial bodies as HDFC, ICICI, Bajaj Insurance, etc. in marketing sector. After some time, you will be expert in your field and will have a good salary.
Hope it will help you, feel free to ask more. Give thumbs up or mark this answer as best if you found it helpful.
