Hi, you can pursue BEd from IGNOU ( INDIRA GANDHI NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY ). To know more please check out this web link : http://www.ignou.ac.in/ignou/aboutignou/school/soe/programmes/detail/90/2

Hi,
List of colleges offering B.Ed via distance / correspondence / part time are :
https://www.shiksha.com/search/?q=B.Ed&c=9&sc=38&sa=^^0^477^0^0^0&ts=165992&rf=filters&sp[]=477&mo[]=Correspondence&mo[]=Part Time
Kindly filter out the branch / college / location as desired from the above link.

Yes, a student who did his/her education from distance is also eligible for PGDM, but they have to clear the MAT/CMAT/CAT exam whichever is accepted by the institute in which they are planning to get admission, also different institutes have their respective selection criterea like group discussions-personal interview etc.
