Yes, you can do Bachelor degree from any valid and Recognised university through distance mode and prepare yourself for Civil examination.But you should think of any professional degree in Bachelor degree as a plan B if you are not able to crack the Civil examination.

No, you can't. LLB through distance mode is not allowed by Bar Council of India.

There's no problem in pursuing PGDM in marketing through distance and holds the same amount of scope. MBA in marketing offers a lot of job profiles to choose from.
