If the comparison is specifically for CSE, I would personally prefer LPU because of its overall exposure, placement opportunities, and industry-oriented curriculum. LPU has strong tie-ups with companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Cognizant, Capgemini, and Infosys, and every year many students get packages above 10–20 LPA, with top packages going much higher. To get admission in DIT University - Admission Office BArch, students have to check the eligibility. Eligible students can then apply online. The university selects students on an entrance basis. Students have to meet the DIT University Admission Office BTech eligibility to get admission in the university. The common eligibility is as below:
- Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry/ Biology/ Technical Vocation subject/ CS/ IT/ IP/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies subjects & a minimum aggregate of 50%-60%

Students have to submit some documents during the admission, application, and counselling process of DIT University - Admission Office. The general list is as below:
- Class 10 and 12 marksheets & Certificate
- UG marksheet
- Entrance exam scorecard - if applicable
- Aadhaar Card/ Valid ID Proof issued by GoI
- Passport-sized photograph
