The opening and closing rank at BIT Mesra depends on the category and quota of candidates. For General category under All India, the opening rank was 25,693 and closing rank was 45,556. These cut-offs are differant when it comes to other categories, female candidates and even domicile of home state. BIT Mesra admission to BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE.
