My opinion was CSE is a better than electronic engineering. Computer science branch gives emphasis to the development of software by using different programming tools and it also gives importance to hardware aspect. Most CS graduates go on to become software developers or web programmers. Although, a computer science degree gives students a rigorous education in discrete mathematics and computer science theory by which they have theoretical as well as practical skills to develop the software.
A CS education prepares students to choose the correct Design patterns, algorithms and Data structures for programs, but most students graduate knowing only one or two programming languages, usually C+, Python or Java.
Computer science is focused entirely on efficiently programming computers using mathematical algorithms which trained B.Tech students to solve any kind of problem related to the development of software.

Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering refers to the discipline which deals with design of devices to measure physical quantities such as pressure, flow and temperature. Electrical Engineering basically deals with the study and application of electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism. Instrumentation engineering is the engineering specialization focused on the principle and operation of measuring instruments that are used in design and configuration of automated systems in electrical, pneumatic domains etc. They typically work for industries with automated processes, such as chemical or manufacturing plants, with the goal of improving system productivity, reliability, safety, optimization, and stability. It deals with the design of devices to measure physical quantities such as pressure, flow and temperature.
