Hello King,
Both fields are good in their own work areas. For civil engineering, there's a bit problem for freshers because the infrastructure's companies needs experienced people. One have to take experience whatsoever the circumstances are. In electronics, nanoelectronics is on high demand. Electronics is better according to me for a fresher.
