You should consider RWTH Aachen, TU Darmstadt, TU Munich, ULM University and TU Kaiserslautern. They are the most competitive and selective lot. Excellent academic grades are required.

For lateral entry, you have to qualifying the LEET entrance exam then you got lateral entry in good college for BE in electronics.

Firstly, CSE seats are filled, due to better exposure, high paid jobs and job flexibility. So, if you talk about the scope, then choose between CSE and IT, both are equally good.
