At IIIT Surat, the total number of available seats for BTech in Electronics and Communications Engineerings is 90. There is also a female supernumerary seat reservation which includes 15 seats. The seats for this course are also subject to seat reservation policies followed by IIIT Surat.

Both are good options, but to be honest ECE subject is too tough I remember in my college peoples marks were like 20 out 100 in ECE paper .
So all depends on you .

In 2024 that is last year, the last closing rank for Electronics and Communication Engineering (IOT) was 100081 for home state quota and 92633 for other state quota.
