Most distance MCA programs require Mathematics at either the 10+2 or graduation level. Since your Diploma in electronics likely didn't include math at those levels, admission to distance MCA may not be allowed. Some universities (like IGNOU or Annamalai) offer bridge math courses, but eligibility varies—check each university.

If you're eyeing a Diploma in Electronics, good news; there are a bunch of solid government colleges offering it. DSEU (Delhi), Jamia Millia Islamia, and Guru Nanak Dev DSEU are good options in Delhi. In Haryana, try Shri Vishwakarma Skill University or Govt Polytechnic Manesar. Kerala has AKNM Govt Polytechnic, and most states (like Maharashtra, UP, Bihar) have their own Polytechnic colleges. Just check your state's Technical Education Board for a full list.

The rank of 32 Lacs in JEE main is too low and alas with these rank chances of securing a seat in Electronics and Computer engineering at Thapar Institute of engineering and Technology are very marginal even with punjab quota. Historical Electronics and Computer Engineering within Thapar (including those of state residents with Punjab Home State quota) are generally from 1.5 Lacs to 4 Lacs ranks (JEE Main All India Rank), and in some branches, like this one, much lower. Any branch of engineering at Thapar would be extremely hard to be secured in a position of millions.

India Most Indian universities offer an M.Sc. in Electronics by distance learning, usually a two-year, postgraduate course. Although the stand of the UGC-DEB regarding this particular course in the distance mode may have varied, there are universities such as the William carey university and Subharti university (normally presented online through sites like IMTS Institute) offering the same. Mangalayatan University, NIILM University and at times Directorate of distance education at Madurai Kamaraj University are other universities which may have options of providing similar programs or vocations in distance mode.
