The cutoff ranks for JEE Advanced vary every year and are dependent on various factors such as the number of candidates who appeared for the JEE Main exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, etc. Therefore, it is difficult to predict whether you will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced with a rank of CRL 3.5 Lacs and OBC 1.16 Lacs in JEE Main. It ultimately depends on your personal goals and aspirations. If you are happy with the college that you can get admission to with your COMEDK rank and feel that it will provide you with the education and opportunities that you desire, then there may not be a need to drop a year and attempt the exams again. On the other hand, if you are determined to get into a more prestigious college and believe that you can improve your scores, then you may want to consider taking a drop and preparing for the exams again. It's important to weigh the pros and cons and make a decision that is best for your individual situation.

If you fill the Joint Admission Counselling JAC Delhi form after JEE Advanced 2021, there may be some disadvantages or limitations in terms of choice filling and seat allocation. Here are some potential drawbacks to keep in mind:
Limited seat availability: By the time you fill the JAC Delhi form after JEE Advanced a significant number of seats may have already been allocated to candidates who filled the form earlier. This means that you may have fewer options to choose from during choice filling. Higher cutoffs: If the seats are filling up quickly, the cutoffs for admission may be higher, making it more difficult to secure a seat in you
