There is no limit for WBJEE you can appear as many times as you want, As well there is no age limit except for marine engineers, the age should not exceed 25 years, and for WBJEE your minimum age should be 17 years old. For the lower NITs core branches like mechanical, civil you need to score in between 140-160. And for the branches like CSE you need to score in between 160-180. and for the average NITs core branches you need to score 200-220.

The criteria in Nirma university is very high in the field of engineering so that reason you are not eligible for study in Nirma college but you must try in government college for your further education they also give you best placement and education. DDU and Vishvakarma is also a very good choice for study in engineering.

Your NTA score is very less. It is hard to get admission in the government college with this score. Yes but you can try with your state level counselling. If you can score better in state level counselling then you can get admission in government college.
