Engineering Entrance Exam

For WBJEE, candidates will have to study topics from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Level of WBJEE syllabus will be similar to 12th class qualifying exam.

Candidates who meet the required eligibility criteria are eligible for WBJEE exam. For admission into majority of seats, domicile certificate is a requirement in WBJEE.

NIT Raipur CSE cutoff 2025 was published for various categories under both the All India and Home State quotas. For the General AI category, the overall cutoff ranged from 12123 to 17240. 

On the other hand, for the General HS quota, the cutoff ranged from 21540 to 30118 for the BTech CSE course. Students can refer to the table below to know the cutoff range for other categories. 

WBJEEB will release the WBJEE syllabus PDF at official website along with the notification and information brochure. Candidates can check topics to prepare for exam through WBJEE syllabus.

Candidates need to have a JEE Main rank irrespective of their category for admission in BTech course of IIIT Bhubaneswar. Aspirants need to participate in JEE Main/ CSAB Counselling with the JEE Main rank. The seats are allotted to candidates with rank equal or above the JEE cutoff.

WBJEE 2026 registration has ended. WBJEEB had released online application form at wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee.

While filling online WBJEE application form, candidates will be able to fill their choice of exam cities. Based on selected cities, WBJEE exam centres will be allocated.

According to previous years' analysis, WBJEE exam is of moderate difficulty. Candidates who prepare for board and WBJEE exam simulataneously, find the questions similar and easier to attempt.

WBJEE 2026 exam will have two papers. Paper 1 will be Mathematics and Paper 2 will be Physics and Chemistry.

According to official WBJEE exam pattern, the total score in WBJEE is 200. Candidates should check marking scheme carefully as different category questions will be marked differently.
