Engineering Entrance Exam

There are numerous other exams that you can/should give besides JEE Mains to have a good backup college in case your JEE doesn't go well.
1. BITSAT The most prominent exam apart from JEE. A good score in BITSAT can land you up in any one of the three campuses of BITS that is Pilani, Goa or Hyderabad, all of which are top tier colleges.
2. MET Manipal entrance test for getting admission in manipal institute of technology, a prominent private college of India.
3. VITEE: For admission in Vellore Institute of Technology
4. UGEE: For admission into IIIT-H, a great college to get into through UGEE, to get into IIIT-H through JEE Mains you need to get 99.9+ percentile but performing well in UGEE with comparatively lesser competition can get you a seat in IIIT-H.
5. WBJEE Entrance exam for Jadavpur University and other West Bengal colleges.
6. MHT CET and other state engineering entrance exams.
