Engineering Entrance Exam

No, according to the official GL Bajaj Noida website the institution does not accept entrance exam scores apart from JEE Mains for admission to its BTech programme. The counselling process however is conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling (UPTAC) due to the institution being located in the jurisdiction of Greater Noida.

There is no limit to attempt questions. Candidates can answer as many questions as they can out of 65 questions. However, they must note that GATE offers negative marking to incorrect responses. 

Through the WBJEE correction facility, the students will not be able to correct all information that have been submitted in the application form. Some of the information that will be open for editing/correct are the reservation category, income details, religion, nationality, Aadhaar number, photograph, etc.

WBJEE 2026 application form correction facility was open until April 12. The students were able to edit their submitted information through the online correction facility.

GATE paper code is engineering branch code. Candidates must check paper code carefully while filling application form. The details are available at GATE's official website- gate2026.iitg.ac.in.

If the students forget their WBJEE password, then they will have to create a new one online. The students have to choose SMS or email reset link to create a new password. 

WBJEE application form number will be available after registration is completed. Once students can check their application number, they should keep it for safe since it will be needed for login and admission.

The GATE paper code for metallurgical engineering is MT. The eligible two-paper combination for metallurgical engineering is Engineering Sciences (XE). Candidates who want to opt for the MT paper must check the paper code carefully before applying. To apply for secondary paper, candidate must select from the drop-down menu available in the application form. 

Students should keep their 10^th and 12^th standard examination mark sheet ready before filling WBJEE application form. By having these documents ready, students will be able to correctly fill required information in application form.

While filling WBJEE application form, documents have to be uploaded. Students have to upload their passport size photograph in application form. Dimension of scanned photograph should be 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm and file size should be between 10 KB to 100 KB.
