Hello Digambar, national testing agency has declared results of JEE Mains. They have also declared cutoff in terms of percentile for general and each catagory. This information is available readily on their website. I too can tell this if you can tell me your son's percentile and catagory. If his percentile us better than this then only he can seek admission in any NIT. Best wishes to you.

Hello Dinesh, invariably every state has some or the other entrance exam for admitting students to engineering colleges in that state. Some States have decided to use scores of JEE Mains for giving admissions. If your state has this then you can get admission based on this score. There is one more option. Many state have all India quota that is filled up based on JEE Mains score. But information about number of seats under this quota is released very late. In this you need to visit site of dte of tech education if intended state to find out. Best wishes to you.

Hello, every state has right to form its own rules of admission particularly for government colleges or government aided colleges. Hence if Tamil Nadu government insists on nativity rules, nothing can be done about this. We all have to just accept it as it is. However if I may ask, why insist on Tamil Nadu colleges via TNEA. You can get admission in any number of deemed to be universities spread across India or private unaided colleges. Can you please think on these lines? Best wishes to you.

Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University. LPU is a well renowned university, providing quality education, innovative pedagogy and unbeatable placements both national and international. LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. The students also work on live projects, so that they are able to apply their knowledge to practical settings. It is one of the few that has embraced international practices when it comes to designing a curriculum. Instead of using old school books and
