I think you should take a drop or you can try in north east NITs like Manipur, Mizoram etc.

Yes you can get admission in some nits, iiits and gftis. But not in a good NIT. If you want to choose other branches then you will be able to admit in better rank college.

I think you should take CSE branch in iiit Vadodara because its placements are very fine from other iiits and you can also try Delhi colleges like DTU, IIITD, NSIT etc. Good Luck!
