RPET and JEE Main entrance exams for admission in B.E/B.Tech courses not for Fashion Photography courses. Hence these entrance exams are not applicable for Certificate in Fashion Photography of Delhi School of Photography. Your scores are appreciable. yes you can avail scholarship as well. Scholarship depends upon your scores and also on the date of admission.
Eligibility for admission in B.Arch at LPU is : B.Arch at LPU is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English and also 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and NATA 2020 or JEE Main (Paper II)(80 percentile or above) or qualifying marks in any specially designed aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the competent authority of the Central/ State Governments (as/ if allowed by statutory body for 2020-21).

Yes, you may get. I only suggest you to go for counselling till last round. If there is a chance of getting your desired Branch at this percentile then you will get.
