You may get it But not say confirm because Cutoff is something which changes per year. But you have to go till last round in counselling, you may get the CSE branch.

Yes, you may get MNIT ALLAHABAD. Please go for counselling process if started I think till last round you get it but I do not confirm about the Branch, As cutoff is something which changes Every year.
