Yes you can get admission in MSU Baroda through JEE Main scores. The admission process of MSU is governed by ACPC Gujarat. Hence apply through ACPC.

Yes, you may get NIT or IIIT in CSE but if you desire for popular ones than you must drop the idea of CSE but still I will advice you to go for the counselling and hope for the best. Best of luck.

While filling the JEE Main application form you must be aware of the fact that once any information goes into the website it is quite difficult to change, once your application form is submitted. Still when the registration process is over after some days they (JEE Mains portal) gives you few days for correction of the details if you have made any mistake. If that date is also over than you must contact the NTA Helpdesk: 0120-6895200 (Operational 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM during working days) for further details.
