No, you can't get the admission. The JEE Mains percentile above 97 is safe for NITs.

Grade points became a major missing of AP students in campus . They considered only 920 marks out of 1000 when they got 10 points because as they don't the actual marks of students . It made a very less oppurtunity for Ap students who scored very good jee score of 95 percentile with 10 points to join in very less dept. So it's tough to get ECE with your score as per the last year scenario .
Maybe if you join in any branch now and if you score 9 above GPA in first year of btech you can get your ECE seat .

For getting NIT Jharkhand your rank should be below 50000 or above 95 percentile in JEE Main if belongs to general category under home state quota. You have another chance in JEE Main May-2020. So you have to work hard for getting NIT Jharkhand.

Hello,The minimum marks required to get into Thapar University in is to have 20% marks in JEE Mains that is scoring a minimum of 72 marks will make you eligible for admission. But you will not be getting any Core Branches. Also if your marks are around 90 don't expect seats from direct counseling.

For sure you can get admission in Graphic Era Hill University based on your 12th standard grades but the cut-off criteria varies from course to course, depends on which stream do you choose. Apart from that the university offers a good deal of scholarships to students especially Uttarakhand domicile students get a good amount concession in their tuition fees, 10 concession to a girl child and many more. Yes you can get. The M.Tech admissions in COEP Pune are based on GATE and Non Gate criterias. The first preference is given to a candidate having the valid GATE score. The departments may specify additional requirements over and above these minimum requirements. All the Non-GATE candidates will have to undergo an entrance test conducted by department in which he/she is applying. Passing in this test will be mandatory for admission.
