I am a little confused about your statement "which college entrance exam should I fill"? You have already appeared for the JEE Mains exam and scored quite well at 93+ percentile. The only other exam that you should attempt is the one prescribed by your state government. When you register for the counseling with JoSSA, you must give max possible choices. I am attaching a link that will predict a college for you based on your percentile.

You will get a rank combining NATA score and to that of your entrance exam. If you have a rank up till 130, you have a chance of getting seat in Ramaiah. You can also get in through management, which will be of about INR. 20 lacs, if in CET, it is around 60000 and COMEDK, it is around INR. 1.5 laCS. Fee structure differs based on scholarship too.
