Look, there are a lot of colleges for engineering entrance exams. If you want to enter into the best college then you must crack JEE Mains and Advanced which will make you enter into IIT and NIT. You can even go for BITS and UPTU and many more.

Earlier the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) used to organize a common entrance examination for B.Tech which is also known as IPU CET. According to the recent notification, admissions in B.Tech courses in the university will be done through JEE Mains. After successfully passing the entrance examination the candidates will probably have to fill an application form admissions to various engineering colleges affiliated to the GGSIPU. GGSIPU provides admissions to 17 different programmes in 17 colleges affiliated to the university.

For previous year's solved papers (only QA section), you can buy QA Simplified for CAT (Wiley publication). This book also contains complete theory / concepts required for QA section of CAT

According to previous years cut off's, you may or may not get admission as it's totally depend upon the cut off of the year you are appearing in.

It will not be easy to get DTU at 92 percentile for CSE branch. You can also compromise on branch there as it is a better choice rather than some NITs.
Apply for some other universities also if it doesn't go good.

Hello Aditya,
First of all, I will like to know as to from where you got your rank in JEE Mains. National testing authority is likely to publish the results combining the two sets of examinations by end of this month and then only the students will come to know their ranking in the examination. Anyway if this is only a theoretical question then also merely by knowing rank in general category there is no way anybody can guess the rank in OBC or any other category. Only the examination conducting authority will be knowledgeable of all the parameters and information and they will be announcing ranking in general and under different catego

The NIT, Patna cutoff of JEE Main 2019 will include the opening and closing ranks for different programmes which are offered by the institute. Now as you are from Uttar Pradesh, which means you approaching from different state, so for CS branch it's not easy and it's all upto 2019 cut off.
