Dear,
CUSAT cut-offs are mainly depends on different factors which is set by University and main factor is number of student applied for a particular branch last year closing marks for computer Science department was 2388, and this it is expecting the same cut offs with 2-3 marks different.

There are many ways where you can get previous years' question papers of IIT. You can either buy books like 42 years previous years'question papers of IIT from reputed publications like Arihant, Engage, Odisha, etc. Or you can get previous years' question papers of IIT from online sources like from BYJU's, Shiksha, etc. All the best. As there will be two JEE Mains exams this year, so after first exam only the percentile has been released right now. However, after the second exam that took place, everyone will know their ranks on the official website only. Thereafter, the marks needed to qualify will be disclosed after the second exam result that took place in this April.

M.Tech courses in India is only available to those who had B.E /B.Tech. So, instead of thinking of M.Tech, you can proceed for some better courses which you can get easily with good GATE score.
