It is the most common question found on the internet for the aspirants of JEE. But, let me tell you that you really need to practice hard and be firm in your basics even if you are trying to clear the cut-offs. First of all, make ready your study material separately for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. I would say don't even think to skip NCERT for Chemistry and Physics as you will find a couple of questions from it. Managing your time is the important factor in the examination hall. So, first, prepare and then try to answer sample questions without seeing it and keep a clock aside for time maintenance. And the most important thing

As we all know that JEE marks keep varying every year according to cut-off and availability of seats. But, if you score in the range of 120-140 (General marks) you will be on safer side. Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) is another way which can get you admitted in College of Engineering, Pune. Branch can be a matter of concern if you did not score well. And, if you have good marks you can choose your branch according to you rather they will allot you the same.

The chances of getting into these colleges in core branches with this rank is quite low, but I'll prefer you not to lose hope and appear for the counselling, till the last round. It may be possible that you can get admission in some good branch, you can get some other NIT. You can try in that, but the main thing you should remember is that take the core branch only.

You are try your best, but the chances of getting this college is quite low. So, I'll prefer you to look in other colleges also. If you get any of these colleges, then it is good to have it, but if not, then you should have a backup plan, you can opt for any other NIT like NIT Kurushetra and NIT Jalandhar, these are also good NITs.
