NSIT and DTU are the best colleges in Delhi, which take admissions on the basis of your JEE (Mains) rank. I have mentioned rank, and not JEE Mains marks because there is a huge difference, due to the inclusion of qualifying examination marks in the calculation of rank. Your rank primarily depends on your boards percentage. If you have a percentage of 95+ in boards, you will definitely get a good branch in these colleges if your score is above 150.

Without being able to qualify in any of the above exams, you won't get admission in the colleges which offer admission on the basis of these two exams, including IGDTUW. I would suggest you go for private universities which have their own entrances.

No, but you won't be able to get a seat in NIT. Moreover, trying for lower NITs with some unknown branches is not worth.
Kindly go for private colleges, universities or try for a year drop.

For getting into VNIT CSE, you should be having around 215-225 marks in general. Since these marks are low, but yes, the cutoff for this year has fallen down for Mains due to tough paper than actual expectation. Best of luck.

Since, you have not cleared any cutoff, it would be not possible to get the mentioned rank. Kindly mention the actual marks to get the precise and best support. Moreover, with this marks you'll not get any government college and with this rank too.
