You can go to colleges like Acharya, Alliance, CMR, etc. All these colleges will accept these marks.

You can expect NITs since you are from SC category. Also some Tier 1 campuses like ITM and Jaypee. All these campuses have very good placement ranging from 4 LPA to 6 LPA.

I think you should choose Seemant Institute of Technology because LU doesn't have any good placement record and B.Tech is a newly launched course in Lucknow University.

CAT is always there. Also, engineers nowadays prefer giving banking, SSC, etc., exams.

Of course, you can get admission for B.Tech. The fact is you will not get reputed college. After looking at your score you will end up with some local private institute. Although your 12th percentage are good but it won't help. As, per criteria colleges first consider your JEE score. There is one more choice to get top colleges that is through management quota. While applying through management quota you have to pay huge amount of fee as donation in terms of getting admission. So, if you are ready for management quota then go for it unless you have to go with your score and look out for some private institute.
