If you are in general category, then you can get admission in NIT College. But, if you are in reserved category may be you can get admission in NIT College.

JEE Mains exam has been conducted. You have to try next year. If you want to attend JEE Mains, you can go for coaching of JEE Mains this year, and try next. But, with 66% you can't apply for JEE Advance.

If you belong to general category, then you may get in 2nd round, but if you are OBC,SC, then you will surely get admission in the 1st round.

Well, the registration will start from around 5th June, and then you will be called for SSB, clear it and then clear medical. It is totally dependent on your caste category. If you are from general or OBC category, then it is impossible to take admission in good NIT or good IIIT. But, you have chances for admission in mediocre or low rank IIITs. But, You can predict your college based on your rank in JEE Mains in given below link :-

Hi, it is very difficult to get admission in NIT, Trichy with this score in OBC category. But try here next time. Admission is through counselling based on rank in JEE Mains. Selection parameters and weightage :-
Marks in XIIth-40% and JEE Mains score-60%.

You mean OBC category right? There are two cases:
Case 1: You belong to that state in which the NIT is located, i.e., you are eligible to avail home state quota plus you are OBC. So the cutoff might be around 190+ for getting into CSE in any of the 3 top NITs.
Case 2 : You do that belong to the other state, I. e. , you will be availing other state quota. In this case, the cutoff becomes relatively higher for getting CSE in any of the top 3 NITs. Maybe around 230 or more than that will be the safe zone. Thanks.

No, it is not like that. Only you have to clear the entrance exam of any of the colleges which offer food technology course.
