No, the last year cutoff for general in EEE was 4661 - 5309 (open and close) and in ECE, it was 3807 - 3982 (open and close).
Try for other options. All the best.

Hello, Hope you are doing well. You can start with youtube series of topics and refer a multiple choice question book. Do learn some tricks and basics through youtube topic wise and solve the problems from reference books. This will improve your logical ability but requires some time. What is your name and where is your home state I don't know. You got 19k in JEE Mains paper 1. It is not a bad score for 2018. You will surely get NITS, no doubt about it. But, 70 percent marks in class 12th is arising question, so you may wait for JEE percentile.

Good government colleges need at least 140+ marks in JEE Mains and for private colleges, it is 110+. Still, I will suggest you to go for counselling with home state quota. Moreover, you have less marks in class 12th boards, which may violate the rules of the college as in some of them minimum you need is 65% marks.

Don't just go for tag. You should choose the courses, which is unique, because it is going to develop a good career. Talking of Kashmir or anywhere else, food industry is in great demand. Note, there is no use of just tag, if you are unemployed. Think about it, if you have the chance, go for it.
