Counselling list will be declared just after the declaration of JEE Advanced result your chances of getting NITs is very less it is better to try in State Government counseling also along with all India Counselling.
Your rank is too low to get NIT but there are chances of getting good government colleges of your state. So find out more about the college in your area and go for them in State level counselling.

What you have to do is check out whether you are ready to face IIT or NIT entrance exams, if answer is yes, then go for it. Choose next IIT classes in your city give the entrance exam of that institute. Coaching is the only way to prepare yourself for IIT. So, Be ready to face challenges. Study hard. If you have a rank above the cut-off list then sure you will get a seat. The main two exams to get admission in Sie MVIT are is ComedK and KCET. So if you securing a good rank, you can get a seat and plus it varies according to the branch you want to opt for.
See, CSE is a top most branch and branch like IEM and civil are a bit easier to get admission.
