No, this is not possible my friend. In order to get admission one must attempt entrance exam i.e. JEE pre and Mains and should clear the cutoff mark. As this is government college admission will be done only through nationalized entrance exam.

First, wait for the cut-off. If you cross the cut-off, then decide about college. Until then, you must have to wait. For your reference, I suggest you Graphic Era University for CS & EC. College having best infrastructure and emerging college. Or you may opt Galgotias and so many.

Hello Laxmikant,
As per the your marks and your category, you will definitely qualify for JEE Advanced however chances of getting any NITs are very slim for you.
All the best.

IITs are allotted on basis of your JEE Advanced marks. JEE Mains score can land you in NITs.

You can get private colleges but chance of government colleges are quite less. So, if you have registered for any other state level or private college entrance exams, try to do well in them.
All the best.

Dear Sana!
To be straight; For NITs and State Level engineering college, you need to score in JEE Mains Exam. However, for IITs and other national level engineering colleges you need to score in JEE Advance. Your Selection is also depends upon your category. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Since the exam has been yesterday only, that's why I can't tell you the cut-off since the result has not been come yet. As soon as the result will be announced of JEE Mains exam, then cut-off will be announced too. Many factors affect the cut-off like number of candidate appears, the highest score in exam etc. The result date is around 30 April 2018.
