You just need to memorize formulas and shortcut trick.
Follow only one book. (NCERT is not good for IITJEE).
Tata Mc Graw Hill for JEE Mains is one of the best books. It is also enough for JEE Advanced. It has a lot of questions with solutions. Solve it completely.
And in last 4 months, buy Arihant 38 years for Maths.
You can easily score 100+ marks if you follow my tips.

Make a list of topics which need to be studied based on the number of questions which have asked from the topic in the previous year's GATE examination.
Identify topics which can fetch more marks and give more importance to them during your preparation.

2. Discuss with your seniors or already qualified students how they prepared for the exam.
3. Get standard textbooks.
4. See the weightage of each subject (you will get it readymade), based on the weightage, give priority to subjects.
5. Go through last 10 years question papers to get to know the quality and difficulty level of the questions in each subject and start reading each subject/topics from a standard textbook.
6. After completing each topic, try to solve previous years questions from that topic.
7. Repeat instruction 6 for each and every topic of full syllabus.

You can go for a job interview with your GATE result as this result is valid for 3 years so you can get a job with these marks or you can go for PG studies in IIT or NIT by scoring good marks in GATE.
