Hello Avinash,
There is no chance to get any NIT or IIIT because you have not score 65% in 12th board, but you can try in a private college. I think you can get a good private engineering college.

Colleges like National Institute Of Technology (NITs), Govt Funded Technical Institute (GFTIs) are participating colleges through JOSAA counselling which you will get.
But some of the private colleges also take admission on the basis of JEE Mains rank but not through JOSAA counselling.

You don't have any chance of getting admission in GGU at this rank in JEE Mains.
To get GGU, you must have to score around 40000 general rank.

Yes, Sad but your 2 chances are over for JEE advanced, but don't worry you still have one chance left for JEE Mains.
Prepare for it and you must be in some NITs.

No, it's not necessary to appear in JEE Mains for getting admission in Bachelors in automobile engineering in Amity.
But JEE Mains is one of the way to get admission in this college according to marks obtained in JEE Mains.
