Barrons Essential Words for the TOEFL
For GRE, The Official GRE Super Power Pack from ETS is mandatory. Also follow books by
Manhattan and Kaplan.
For GATE books basis subjects.

You can try for management seat but Management quota admission and fee cost is not advertised openly by any of the colleges/universities across India as being a paid seat it totally depends on the discretion of the college authorities

If you don't have any category advantage, I would say you drop one year and study hard with a focused approach. Take JEE, BITS and other exams again next year make a good career with a good college.

I want to suggest you that please aim for 250 as it is a secure score, you will definitely get admission in the colleges such as DTU, NSIT or NITs otherwise there might be chances that at the end you will not get your desired college. All the very best from my side.
