Hello Ram,
I hope you would be in a good college right now. So, it is not the right to answer this question but as per your cut-off marks and being a BC candidate, you cannot get a top college. Try for a better college with your cut-off in the counselling.

Hello Sreejith,
TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) is actually not an exam but a single window counselling under Anna University. Your HSC score, especially your aggregate in PCM out of 200, is used for admissions.
The students from other states can apply for that counselling only if they are a native or a resident of Tamil Nadu.

Hello Kulkarni,
PICT-Pune is among reputed colleges of India so you need to score well to get admission there, so any score more than 130 marks in JEE is considered safe for admission.

For admission into B.Tech course in Jamia Islamia you need to attempt JEE Mains and score very well in that, so any score more than 210 is considered safe to get admission there.
