To get into top most engineering colleges for getting a good branch, you should have a score around 50% and above if you are a general category student. Else it will be a bit less. Read NCERT books, they will help you. Hope this got cleared, good luck!

Check out at josaa.nic.in by entering the roll number of your JEE Mains and your date of birth. That will show your marks, download it and this will be used during counselling. Hope this got cleared up! Good luck.

You can definitely pursue your B.Tech course in VIT University, Vellore and that too by getting admission directly in the second year of engineering course through lateral entry scheme. For this, you need to appear for the lateral entry test conducted by the VIT University and secure good rank.

I think you should go with JEE Mains rank and take admission in your state NIT with this rank. Your WBJEE rank is not enough to get you into Jadavpur University which is the best Govt. college under WBJEE.

Keeping it simple, you can appear for Mains only 3 times in your life with age restriction and can appear for Advanced only 2 times.
As you have appeared in Mains 2 times and advanced 1 time then you have the last chance for both Mains and Advanced.
