Your JEE Advance AIR rank must be under 110 in order to get admission in computer science engineering 4 year bachelor degree at IIT Delhi. Last year closing rank for CSE was 115 (general category)

Tarun, you can take admission without GATE. The eligibility for M.Tech is
Pass with 60% aggregate marks in B.E. or B.Tech. or M.Sc./ MCA or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST-2017 or GATE.
OR
In case marks scored in graduation are 70% or above, then LPUNEST-2017 or GATE will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission.

You have chances for a govt. college through JEE Mains JOSAA counselling.
Or you may choose MIT Pune , Galgotias, LNCT Bhopal, Amity, Jaypee, Nirma, etc. as your private options.

Hi Sunny,
You should go through opening and closing rank of WBJEE colleges so that you will be able to know the appropriate colleges. And if you don't get a good college in 1st round, then there is a option of float by which you can get a better college according to your college counselling list.
