TNEA 2017 rank list is expected to be released on June 22 and the counselling might start from June 27. These were given when the applications were opened for TNEA. As the NEET exam results are not clear, there could be a delay in the counselling but that is also not sure.
So, those days are till the same until an officer's announcement is made.

According to your marks, you will not get any good colleges. So, look forward for colleges via other examination, however you may get many colleges based on your JEE score but they are worthless. Check here to know more:

As per your JEE mains rank, you will get good nit's, so don't waste your time in dropping a year, continue with the NITs or IIITs, however check here to know more:

Yeah, you can participate in the counselling process,however you will not get any good colleges,so try via management quota if you are inclined to take admission in Bangalore only.

You need not worry about this, you can correct it at the time of counselling by showing the correct mark-sheet, however it will be better for you to talk to the CBSE officials once they can guide you better regarding this.
