The minimum eligibility marks in class 12th to get a college with JEE main and advanced marks (JOSAA counselling) you need to have at least 75% marks.
So, you are not eligible for JEE main 2018.
It is better to try for the colleges that admit based on both JEE main and board exam marks for admission.
Or else, you can go for a good university with your board exam scores and then do M.Tech in a reputed institution.

Your daughter managed to score very well in her boards and Jee Mains. However, according to her rank, there is some chance for BIT-Mesra, but it will be better for her to take a break and prepare well for next year, she will really get best the colleges next year with a little push.
All the best.

138 marks in JEE Mains exam can give you admission in good govt. colleges but for NIT you have to wait for last rounds of counselling. Little chances are there also(in NIT) because you can get some relaxation based on your category.
