You must be aware that admissions to engineering colleges in Maharashtra are through MHT-CET and if you have not given this then you have to think of admission only after all the rounds of counselling are over.

You need to score a minimum of 230-240 marks.

Yes, this year's cut-off will be almost similar to the last year's cut-off. So you may get a good IIT in the spot round but you will get one for sure. Spot round may do the trick. So, wait till the spot round. A friend of mine got around 138 marks and he is currently in IIT-DHANBAD (mining machinery branch).

You will get Silicon Institute of Technology and CV Raman very easily. NIST may be another good college you can get very easily. You will also get HNBGU and CUH-Haryana.
