You can only hope to get this college in spot round. Else, no.

Sorry but with only 62 marks in mains, no college is available for you to give you admission.
However there is a way, you can contact private college/university.

For academic year 2016-17, the candidates in the top merit slab of 1 to 20,000 were called for counselling on different days in the first phase of counselling. Candidates are offered admission to different branches at the two campuses based on their percentile merit. The closing rank in one phase of counselling of VITEEE 2017 for a particular branch can be termed as VITEEE cutoff for that branch.

I don't think that would be possible. Better go for IIITs or other state or regional government institutions.

Depending on your rank and the engineering stream you want to pursue, you might hold a chance to get admission in one of the NITs.
