Hello Ashish,
JEE Mains and JEE Advanced are the only entrance examinations that provide admission into government engineering colleges. While JEE Advanced provides admission into IITs, JEE Mains provide admission into NITs and other government engineering colleges.
I hope this answers your question. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.

No, you cannot expect NIT by this rank. Your marks are poor. So, you cannot expect good private college, you can try next year for NIT College, and make sure score above 200 to expect NIT.

You can check online in their official website or you have to qualify and wait for online counseling because Manipal declared their cut-off so we can not predict anything.

Hello Sai, yes, you have good chances to get a seat for ECE at SASTRA University. The marks of board exams are not actually considered only the percentage of marks are considered and then converted into percentile along with JEE Main scores.
The last date is June 10. So may be on or after that only rank list will be released.
The website for applying is www.sastra.edu. Apply through stream 1 as you have appeared for JEE main exam.
All the best!
