Admission in all the best Engineering Colleges ( IIT Delhi, DTU, NSIT, IIIT, etc ) is by JEE Mains and JEE Advanced results. You have options to appear in GGSIPU CET for Engineering to take admission in GGSIPU affiliated engineering colleges.

There's almost negligible chance even for SC/ST reservation students opting for Northeastern Quota. At least from last year.

No, never. You can try RTU colleges with those marks if you want Government colleges. Otherwise, you should go for private colleges.
