FITJEE is the best option to prepare for IIT.

Firstly, you cannot get in NIT or any IIIT with this rank. So, it is better to try for any other university or you can take a gap of one year. With this rank, you may got very reputed private universities. So, I tried to attend JEE Mains counselling.

As per your score in JEE Mains, your chances are slim for any govt colleges,however you may apply in Madhya Pradesh counselling where you may get SGSITS, apply in LNMIT and Thapar University also and considering your BITSAT score, you will not get any campuses of BITS, as you managed to score well in all the examinations.
