Yes, but you can't take JEE Advanced exam. Now, focus on some state level exams like MHTCET, COMEDK, etc. You can also try for BITS which is one of the prestigious colleges in India after IITs.

You should go for UIET, Punjab University. You may get lower NITs in spot round counselling.

If your daughter has cleared her 12th from Delhi then she should participate in JAC, Delhi counselling. DTU and NSIT will be a good choice.

Admission in NITs for engineering degrees is based on JEE Mains score. If you are targeting IITs then you have to additionally appear for JEE Advanced if your score is above cut off in JEE Mains.

IIT is undoubtedly the best college for engineering in India.
