I think it is NIT Patna. you have state quota as you belong to Bihar but your score is low if you are in unreserved category but you should apply for it. hopefully you will get the seat. All the best

you should check out Cutoffs of few Government college of last year which will be easily available from Google, you have almost marks and look like you will get .

its Again depends upon from which quota you come. if you from reserved quota then surely you will get but For General quota difficult to call.

Trilok, I doubt. Getting into NIT with this score may be difficult. But you can still try and simultaneously also apply in other colleges (state colleges or private colleges). Good luck to you.
